These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Florina's Greek Tavern website and to reservations, orders, and function bookings made with us. By using our website or making a booking or order, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability.
For larger groups, we recommend booking ahead. We may hold a table for a limited time past the reservation time before releasing it.
We do not take reservations on public holidays and long weekends.
Please let us know in advance of any changes to your group size.

Online Orders (Pickup)

All orders placed through our website are for pickup from our restaurant at 582 Glen Huntly Road, Elsternwick. We do not offer delivery through our website.
Once an order is confirmed, we begin preparing it. Please check your order carefully before submitting.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible on (03) 9509 1762. We may not be able to change or refund an order once preparation has begun.
Pickup times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Functions & Private Events

Function and private event bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been paid.
Deposits are required to secure larger function bookings and to allow us to order stock and prepare for your event.
Deposit amounts and final guest numbers will be agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations, as agreed at the time of booking, to cover costs already incurred.
Final guest numbers should be confirmed in advance of your event.

Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering or booking.
While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including gluten, nuts, dairy, and seafood, and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of allergens.

Licensing & BYO

Florina's Greek Tavern is fully licensed and also permits BYO (wine only). Corkage charges may apply.

Payments

Payments made through our website are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.

We aim to keep menu items, prices, and information accurate and up to date, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or menu error, we will contact you before fulfilling your order.

Limitation of Liability
